STAGING HOMES FOR SALE

Decluttering your house before listing makes it easier for buyers to envision themselves living there.. We can help streamline your furniture and decor to make your house look updated and more visually appealing. During the staging process we can also help you pare down your belongings so you don’t pack what you don’t need.

At Living in Zen we use two different strategies to tackle the problem.

  1. Organizing one on one. A lead organizer will come to your home, office or storage unit to work with you on meeting your decluttering and organizing goals. 

  2. Dynamic Transformation. The team approach. We find that on large jobs, a lot of work can be accomplished in a more cost effective way with the help of more then one or two organizers on the job. This team approach is dynamic, exciting, fun & goal oriented. Teams are used when clutter needs to be cleared quickly, or before and after a big move or remodel. This is also the best approach to use when a client is ready for an immediate transformation and wants to exhale and start Living in Zen.

Pricing

Initial in-home consultation: Free 

We’ll meet and talk about the project(s) at hand. Determine job requirements and any supplies that should be purchased. Estimate amount of hours needed.

Flat rate projects

  • Pantry makeovers: $250 and up

  • Closet makeovers: $350 and up

  • DIY organizing & staging plans: $150 and up per space

Organizing

  • $75/hour

  • $35/hour assistant organizer (additional)

Prepaid packages 

  • 10 hours $700

  • 20 hours $1300

  • 40 hours $2500
